Alright, so first all the reviews posted here by everyone is fake and let me tell you why. 1. The leadership manipulates you to add positive reviews in someway and they portray people in a good way internally that boast falsely about the company. 2. There is no growth but only toxicity. They literally mock you, don’t value you and most of all constantly compare you with others within the team. 3. Leadership is completely useless, the CEO and most importantly the COO does not know how to talk to people or how to manage people and how leadership works in general. 4. They do not provide proper market standard salary, they undervalue you and make sure to get work out of you even during the weekends and also for that you never get your recognition. 5. Fake promises - they will never keep up on what they promised rather they would tell lies to cover up. Finally I can say this company could be a good opening for freshers and only freshers. But for experienced or people who are seeking career growth please don’t waste your time.

Working closely to leadership team knowing their expectations helps in managing work efficiently. Good client exposure. Leadership actually trusts on you and will ways put you on the spotlight. Good work experience. absolutely a good place to start your career or accelerate your career.

Diversity - but this also was long back. As the company is expanding this problem also is getting solved day by day. Rest depends on individual how they perceive things.

They will host test dineers, tours to soothen the wounds(work stress)

No job security, no work life balance, u will have to work until midnight 3'o clock and u will have to work Saturday and Sunday also no excuses. U won't get time for family u can't take leaves also. U will be coolie.
