Only likeable thing is salary....you don't need to remainding for salary date, every month sharply before 31st they credit Salary in account...

There is no time limit, we have to work even all the festival date, no weekoff... Hectic working culture

This company pays salary within the last date of a month. When I worked there salary was sometimes credited a week before the last date of a month.

Tl or tsm never give value and respect to their Engineers. They do disgraceful comments about employee before other internal employees and external customers. Lots of false promises are given. Company is unable to manage the process of sending spares to and receiving spares from Engineer properly. Engineers face problems for receiving defective Spares. Mails are sent frequently against Engineers for not obeying unethical whip of TL and tsm.

Love working on vat equipment and the pay is great.

Employees are penalized for diebold having a lack of work for them to do. Management asks you to change your time card and the hours you work. Vacations are constantly denied without reason. Very predatory and retaliatory company.

the company is good for serving the people. but not good for employees because they don't think about engineers health, salary and financial growth.

...y do the work or not do the work. increment is around 800 to 1000 INR per year. the basic salary is also too less. if we apply the medical claim that will not transfer to my account. there is no secure for life.
