12hrs shift + 2hrs of travelling working on weekends and holidays leave system is on credit bases, i.e. 1 leave after 20 work days canteen food bad HR policies No appreciation for work handling Zero safety in company

The management never feel you that you are in small post They are equal to everyone. So i like the most think to build my confidence whan you are seating with all powerful peoples... You can learn many new things from them...

Well the company is very big and i don't think so any nagetive points i have...but ya increment in every big company is slowly rising that is only i dislike...😄

The company itself is an institution where the new comer can gain lots of things , like technical, emotional and can be the best on the life, as pe my experience my company has given me a new birth, i got everything in knoweledge, wealth, satisfaction , learni ng and lot which can not express on words, where my company has given me oppertunity to go ahead with full support in all field, technically as well as in social life also. My company is the best company.

Nothing, everything if we take positively nothing is dislike for us.

Good work environment and team mates are supportive. Management transparent also. Career perspective learning is Good.Appraisal is on average side as per their profitability.

its one of the most fraud-est company, It has been doing so many huge scams. Work environment is very poor & dominant culture here. Worst-est experience I never got before. I had lost of my 2 years of career here...

Dominant culture. You can not even utilize your knowledge. So learning a new things are very far .....,If you try to utilize your true knowledge you will be humiliated very drastically....
