Salary hike and salary need to be given as per experience but some of the entry levels have more salaries than experienced one

Got to know about retail field and helpful colleagues who are also want to switch but less opportunity available due to work profile

Not recommended to Mechanical Engineers and freshers, worst office timing, worst canteen, less career and salary growth, worst management

It's an only one MNC company in this field, it's great to work here, friendly colleagues, smart works and they offer high salary at the first

Timings, cab pickup's you in 7.45am company starts at 8.30am the end timing will be 6 pm. You reach your home at8.30 or 9pm due to high traffic. Around 10.30 hrs you will spend in the company

Likes

Working Environment is quite good. Two week off's. (Saturday and Sunday). Good Management and facilities like transport and Canteen.

Dislikes

Today only ( Ajach pahije/ Aatach Pahije drawings). Overtime in overtime.

This company works on many international brands that helps ur to develop our thinking to work for them. This is a challenge for employees to meet the requirement which helps to enhance ourselves.

Dislikes

Work pressure. Harmful for personal life. But obviously if you want to achieve something then you have so compromise the other things. Although their is a scope of improvement but due to covid this is happening with all the companies.
