compensation and benefits are good. Yearly twice they will provide the liquor reimbursement, and during the wfh claim benifits given for furnitures. Health insurance are good. Cab facilities and shift allowances available except general shift.

Certainly a great company to work with. As the Diageo motto states enjoy life everyday every where, anyone feels a family with Diageo.

Unless you are in the major role of work, there is a limit to the compensation and benefits offered. Really a learning platform but unlikely a stage to sum up a career goal.

In DIAGEO, the salary is good as compared to any other alco Breverage company. But the work life and personal life balance is very poor. There is more than 16 hours of work in a day. And in month ends it becomes 22/23 hours too in some days.

The company overall is great the pay and benefits of free transportation as well internal care is good. The company profitability and ability to learn more is very nice.

The management is very bad, too many politics on promotion happens only for there friends and family anyone out are just made to work till they die .
