.... CEO will always say new projects are coming but the facts are its all lie. 4. No salary growth. Even tho if you work hard and bring money to the company.

Only work life balance is there otherwise everything is shit.

Dislikes

... a manager, architect , devops etc and also help with dashboard part as well. 2. They will not pay you for the hard work. inshort lack or learning and growth. 3. "They dont care about their emplyoees" they only treat you as a pure resource. 4. CEO of the company will be involved in every matter. (Like a Aunty next door) 5. HR of this company is useless and oversmart. Simple Rule: "IF THE COMPANY IS USING YOU, THEN USE THIS COMPANY AND MOVE AHEAD IN LIFE"

The likes about Diacto is working in a culture where everyone is ready to help you regardless of their positions and always hear about what's your views/opinions.

Dislikes

Would not say as dislikes but there are few things which could have been much better.

Likes

The work culture is wonderful, everybody is very understanding, helpful, there is no hierarchy system, so everybody can have their opinions. Company promotes learning and development and also gives priority to personal growth options.

Dislikes

its very under paying, there is not much opportunity for practical implication of your learnings, promotions and appraisals are minimal.

Likes

Very good people by nature and try to take care of their employees a lot. And culture of company was great in the beginning and if luck helps it can be a great place to work over a long time.

Dislikes

They will need to pivot and climb up the tech tree, do more complicated work in the field, but upper management does not have knowledge needed to do that. But they are good people and I will try to do right by them.
