Bad in communication from admin and HR. Worst office culture. They won't follow any office etiquettes. No formal intimation from the company or HR side. I don't know why they are want us to follow the formal procedure; because they are not following it at all. Very worst experience with the admin people. Lots of discrimination is there, they will see partiality. Don't trust them by their words infront of your face.

...ning period.. All team members are very friendly and cooperation to all jobs. They are giving good salary and proper increase salary.

I like very much my working company. But not comfortable for food and health not supporting for me..

Nothing could be said as even satisfactory.

Teammates are a bit better than the management. They won't provide proper training. The training was conducted online. Ill-tempered, egoistic trainer, no grievance redressal, no assistance from team head even though we ask them for help. no work-life balance. Internal politics is horrible. One with sugar-coated words can somehow exist there.

Diacritech is an equal opportunity employer. If we are genuine and hard working we can achieve greater heights. Leave, incentive, increment, and promotion policies are good. Infrastructure is not bad!

Night shift is hard. But, it's mandatory as we are working for overseas clients.

I lost my job during covid outbreak with out any reasons, they said they want to reduce manpower, and no compensation has been given

They only give importance to profit, employees satisfaction is not taken to consideration, also lack proper training,
