...emo sessions even after our regular shift hours. They did not had enough closer. This means working till 11-11:30 almost everyday-including sundays-without any additional compensation or proper acknowledgement. On top of that, our team leader provided no support. Instead, they kept pushing us to "do whatever it takes" to meet our unrealistic targets. If we weren't close to hitting those numbers, we were forced to work on weekends, in addition to managing and conducting demos for student- which wasn't calculated as our working hours. When I approached HR to address the constant micromanagement, late-night shifts and unreasonable expectations, I was bluntly told, " This is how things work here" - No solution, Nothing. I even have call recordings as proof. After that conversation, things only got worse. The CEO personally started tracking my every move, assigning more work, and making the work environment even more hostile. I remember clearly - one night around 9:30PM, I asked if I could wrap up for the day, and he coldly replied, "No, you have to work no matter what." The final straw? During my last month, I had a severe accident and took two days of leave, which I informed my HR, yet they refused to pay me for the entire month. That's when I decided to leave for good. Also, during my two months, at least 6-8 people resigned due to similar issues. And when I tried to raise my voice about the toxic work culture in the group chat, I was threatened - told to wither keep working silently if I wanted my salary or face consequence. So, you tell me, would you work in such an environment?

Each and every thing was lie both the owner says that it friendly environment and in reality they both are so unfriendly don't know how to run a company pathetic working culture, partiality is so much no fixed salary they want slave no education needed hire and fire policy I would never recommend this company to work with

Shit work life balance, poor management, they will literally expect you to work 2-3 hours beyond your working hours and that too without any OT compensation.
