... Experience people there for helf. Very Poor management (No time limit for job). Salary Increment also not much good(No criteria for this). Not given any training. Most worst thing is sales peron operate engineer without nay prior intemation. Also he said to engineer at any tine for go to onsite(Eben they not see what time they call). Freshers stay away from this compony, they do not pay 1st 3 month salary and after 3 moths they said you not eligible for Allowance.

No salary growth, no fix working time you have to work until it finish within day no time limit, daily late night stay, nocab , no canteen, no tranpo5, no sign bord to find first time, arrogant people .

Excellent opportunities to work on latest technology mainly in machine control, automotive manufacturing, BIW, Paint, Assembly etc. Company now also doing good work in IT-OT integration and Industry 4.0.

If u don't have job then join this company. But don't join while u have . Don't bond. Hire and fire so don't join in any condition...no feelings, politics , no trust.... Again and again don't join..

Everything is good until the day you resign, once you resign, you will be treated weirdly, once you exit, you have to forget all your balances with the company, if there is something that the company should compensate it will never be given to the employee, this special treatment is with the employees that follow proper procedure and exit, the once that are relieved on a short notice or within a day they are treated well by the company, all their dues get cleared

Everything is good until you resign, I would say join this company only if you plan you will never resign, or else better to find other opportunity
