As VP-Operations, I am given full powers to select staff/executive responsibilities, involving subject experts where ever needed. Company is highly inclined towards adopting new technologies and skills. We have team of senior experts with 40+ years experience for guiding day to day challenges which helped us to develop critical skits / Static Equipment orders for clients without vendor code. Management is very disciplined for Quality/ Response/ Commitment to clients. We have ISO9001 / 14001/45001 / ASME U stamp / IRB and approval for PESO is in process. We have associate company since 1994 for high tech product "Bellows Expansion Joints" designed and manufactured to EJMA / ASME / IRB with very good MNC and Domestic clients as their repeated customers.

Since joining of company in year 2018 I am trained for purchase/production/quality control and now under training for sales & estimation. I am highly satisfied with management for developing my skill. Company absorbed lot of mistakes and losses made by ex employees.

Highly disciplined management which helped learning through professionals in place. Management prefers honesty and discipline. Those who were unaccountable/indiscipline/non performers were relieved from duties after enough warnings.
