Work culture depends on Team ,I was worked with good team.and hiring process is good.nice management, flexible timings,no need worry about job security they provide time to learn and improve yourself.

Dislikes

Managers are doing micro management. No job security. Especially for freshers it is difficult to survive. They will do so much office politics. No WFH availability for freshers. they will not agree even for sick leaves. For some freshers there is no record for the project they have been worked. If you do overtime work also they will not satisfied.

Dislikes

The working environment is extremely pathetic. There is no job security. No proper line of communication exists between higher management and employees. There is no proper HR policies. Management favors certain old employees and on the basis of feedback of those employees, anybody can be fired from company without giving a proper explanation..
