Salary problem... Company pay right amount..but contract cut money and they pay

Good People, supportive staff, good training system. Our plant is very big and nice plant layout. Bus and canteen facilities are good. Work life balnce is good. Company conduct games and nice events on festivals.

Work load is more. Less salary with huge amount of work load. Underpaid salaries. Not good increaments.

Poor HR policy & no any career growth, there is no salary growth, whatever will be you efforts & work your salary is depends upon your managers mood and opinion about you. Very bad situation they do not think about their emloyees.

...ery bad experience there work environment is very bad they abuse you everytime..They stop you for overtime by force although they pay for overtime..The growth here is zero you will not get any opportunity for new things...In short i will not suggest anyone to join this company.
