Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Good People, supportive staff, good training system. Our plant is very big and nice plant layout. Bus and canteen facilities are good. Work life balnce is good. Company conduct games and nice events on festivals.

Most of the companies in Aurangabad are not having bus facility atleast Dhoot transmission is having that, work culture is good but it needs to be improved as it is an big organization, job security is less, management needs to be improved.

...ery bad experience there work environment is very bad they abuse you everytime..They stop you for overtime by force although they pay for overtime..The growth here is zero you will not get any opportunity for new things...In short i will not suggest anyone to join this company.
