Working at Dealership (Dhoot Motors) doesn't mean you are working with MG.. They try to make you feel that you are an employee of MG, in reality, you belong to cheap dealership which is not giving you salary if you failed to achieve 100% target. They are looking for stupid reason to cut your salary, same about incentives. You need to wait 5,6 months for 1month incentives.lf you are willing to switch,they don't give you release and Experience letter, try to bind you for life.Illiterate, cheap,low category people on the position like sales manager,trainer, team leader doing rubbish partiality and politics.In short, don't take chance to regret, spoil your career.

...n do whatever they want but the employees should be there servants all the time. If you don’t listen to them they will hold your salary, incentives, as well as your documents. Dangerous environment and culture. Things like CASTE is clearly mentioned in their BIO DATA format and they will start discriminating if you don’t match with them.
