...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign.

Likes

Perfect work-life balance. No one even texts you during your leaves. People from top tier are approachable to all the employees within the company. They listen and give time to you in case you have blocked their calenders. I remember the Global head of my team specially blocking his calendar for 30 minutes a week to give time to review your work and even provide valuable suggestions.

Dislikes

Compensation offered here seems to be comparatively less as per the market standards

Good compensation since GSDC is a global team. If you're a manager then you will have good work life balance.

Dislikes

Worst department(GSDC) to work. You find your tombstone here. No trainings will be provided. No work from home. Need to slog for 12 hrs a day. Employees roles and responsibilities changes every quarter, mostly degrades.

Most of wrost condition in dhl supply chain is they are not promoted old employees, never give salary growth. And once they are hire on contract but not promoted on-roll and give excuses right now no vacancy in on roll and after 3 month he is hire new person direct company pay roll. What about us they working in 5 years.

They hired you on contract to serve on roll bosses, No pramotion No job security, Minimal increment, Credit of your work officially stolen by Boss. Daily stretching of work hours without any payment.
