Job security is there if you have specific skill set. Learning & Development as usual. I can't see more benefits since most of benefits provides other MNC's companies as welll.

With the recent example an IT head also terminated within 1 day, reason no one knows.

my current salary is not worth it as per my knowledge and skills by market research. They should appreciate since feeling appreciated is an important motivator and can allow you to perform tasks with confidence and drive.

...ng are 99% identified but waste the time energy and hope of employees who apply. Too much cost cutting and nothing much is done to employees!

...ven shifts breaks don't expect much. you will have to glue your eyes to your pc. performance oriented targets are kept so high that it's not achievable they will eat your bonus any how by any means for sure don't expect bonus if you will work more than the target somehow they will find a way to cut short the bonus

worst company to work no likes first month they will let you think this is the best company and after that month they will show their real colors. no positive points found in the company

At DHL we do not have a lot of work pressure. Flexible with work timing even we have weekly work from Structure

We do not get transport facility. Salary structure is also below market level. Partiality is been done here deserving candidates do not get the deserving support or help from the management.
