According to me Dhirubhai Shah & Co LLP is the best CA firm in entire Ahmedabad where you can learn as much you can. Growth is awesome and you will feel like its your company and you are working for your self.

One think i didn't like is that even if u have finished your work u have to be in office,which according to me is waste of time, because if am doing allocated work before time that shouldn't lead to me stay in office without any work

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
