Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Whatever the increment that is getting on time

Dislikes

Company culture is worst regarding office timing and working days. Some employees having six days and some are having 5 days. Employee policies are not employee friendly regarding office hours. Mr. Ambani is not looking in to the life sciences business hence management making rules whatever they want.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Starting from pathetic management policies and uniformed changes in policies as and when the company wants 2 rob it's employees of their hard earned money. Poor canteen n drinking water facilities. No importance given to human life and well being. Very sick mentality wrt day 2 day work ethics. A lot of internal office politics which is hard hitting. Substandard appraisal systems.

Other than a few good friends made there is nothing about DALC worth liking.

Dislikes

The management of d company. It revolves only around the CEO. Even OT approval for HK people is done by the CEO. No one utters a word in front of him and even if one does he is not heard to. Very egoistic , inhuman and selfish human being and sadly the same percolates in the entire system.

All teammates are work together . Help to each other in work. Training provided by qa and departmental head it is helpful to us for smooth operation in work. Many things i learn in DALC it is helpful to me.
