Salary scale is too low compared to work given there. no good appraisals. as well as if you have done anything good for institution there is no praise given to one. The working environment is Highly filled with Negativity. People at the higher position only play politics there and do nothing good in favor of hospital or patients coming to their hospital.

Management and doctors are excellent feeling luck myself to get an opportunity to work in dhiraj.During corona pandemic, dhiraj hospital is providing excellent support by providing us safety ppe kits,testing as well as good for patient

hospital is well set up with all modern equipment,wide enough beded critical care unit, icu,iccu.neuro icu and superspeciality department,, well trained doctors and nurses are working in the dheeraj hospital.
