Dislikes

..., no personal life, very negative and unsatisfied place. not employee friendly. Salary scale is too low compared to work given there. no good appraisals. as well as if you have done anything good for institution there is no praise given to one. The working environment is Highly filled with Negativity. People at the higher position only play politics there and do nothing good in favor of hospital or patients coming to their hospital.
