I have worked with Dhir & Dhir Associates in the year 2018-19 and gained a plethora of knowledge on various legal verticals. Though, I am working in different industries for the past 10 years and D&DA was my first law firm to join but I have never felt that it is a new stream for me as the support and guidance of seniors I got there was amazing. They take their juniors to their optimum level or beyond. It was a wonderful experience there but due to some of my my personal reasons I have to left the company, otherwise, that was the best place for growth financially and professionally.

Dislikes

In a span of a year, you can never judge the cons of company which is ruling the legal market since 25 years unless you are only seeking negative points. The same happened with me, I have no cons to share about Dhir & Dhir Associates as of now.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
