Compensation is desent, but growth is slow. Had to work for 14-18 hours in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and late nights too. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. No on job training for freshers.

they are just cheaters and take 15k as refundable security deposits then they never refund it back , now 2024 and try to contact them many times but no reply back from their side and money is not returned till date.
