a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Very bad working environment. We don't get any career growth at all.

No career growth Bad working environment Less salary None of procedures in the company is on proper time. HR department is unbelievable It is very difficult to resign from there.

... and supporting culture. There is a vegetarian mess and good housekeeping staff. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Teammates were good except management

Dislikes

Management was very poor and rude. Gives much pressure. There were no assurance or security in job. Never received full payment neither in time. No facilities were provided for transportation. Staffs worked there were cooperative but everyone left because of poor management.
