Hold salary for 4-5months, it is their normal practice, terrible work culture, poor office environment, sub standard employees, management are like invisible they never bother about employees problem, office culture horrible, nasty office politics, always do discrimination between employees, privilege employees are there who enjoying everything in office except work, never respect degree & experience, cheat company also as they follow wrong legal option/opinion etc.

Not secure place for career growth. Some uncultured employee mainly the HR department behave rude and unprofessional to the employees. They have made the pf account without pan card for harassing the employees. After leaving company they ignore all phone calls and emails regarding pf and last month salary.

the company is open as a innovation and readily adopts new concept of building design. I love the fact that i am part of this team and i work at day by day new concept of Drawing, ,and another plus point is various type of work and my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily. i also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is normal. i have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day i have soft work of Auto Cad drawing continue sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an extra work, which is a pain some times.

a fraud company, total scam, they will cheat your salaries, Hr Arpita is the biggest cheater and also the two branding ladies

If you can sustain yourself here you can join any political party in India. full of dirty politics from upper management.

Office atmosphere and ambiance is very good and comfortable..Office co workers are very good, helpful and friendly..last but not the least Director of this company is very Good..Their behaviour is too much good..It's a very reputed company...

Most dislike thing is that the senior HR Manager's (Arpita Mondal) behaviour and facility manager's (Taniya Dey, Who is working here since 4 years)behaviour.. Their behaviour is very worst, terrible, insulting and dominated also...
