Culture is so good... But Not suitable for future purpose.. If you ready for relocation that you can go .. But if you think for a particular location then it's not possible.

Management for Both On role and Casual labour. Contractual workers were not paid their salary on time. Contractor monopoly environment is happening there no one tell about this issue and workers face their problem in every month. They use both on role and contractual manpower for their own purpose but they do nothing and don't think of labour future growth and development

Manager and it's management is too rude with workers , the contractor S B enterprise doesn't pay PH at all to any worker . Even they pay workers very late . Nothing improved and nothing changed even after complaining in HR & MANAGEMENT . Please HELP those workers from this kind of management .

...d working environment and culture all teammates and siniors are very supportive. Many things are there for learning an electrical engineers practically, also good salary in noida for technician basis, company policies are good

99% politics in the company and only 1% work, toxic work culture there is no plateform to take your performance on higer level, absolute sycophancy culture in the entire company

The job will continue in the organization if you give even 50% of your work

Dislikes

Salary hike is very bad, promotions are given only to sycophants. Promotions, salary hikes are given only to sycophants or relatives. I have served for more than 7 years, 110% hike every year, still there is no salary improvement or promotion in the last 7 years.
