A other additional benefits slowly withdrawn, no increment... Over all not for young generation, old ppl can work without any work pressure.

If u r going to work with Dhanlaxmi Bank, then ready to move anywhere as they have a transfer policy every three years within a region and after 7 years out of the region, means out of the state.

I worked for a short duration but it was a very good learning experience for a beginner in banking. job rotation across various verticals/branches helped in gaining the knowledge as in old school of banking system
