Top management regularly changes business and then replaces employees with new people just to meet new business requirements. Should have a better roadmap to avoid spoiling people’s lives. 6. No clarity on appraisal or increment cycles in the 5+ years I have been here 7. Regular upsizing and downsizing of teams without planning

...y's for recovery departmemt 365 days working. Full pressure and no job secure. No salary hike since 3yrs.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only
