No job security, no proper ethics followed, superiors using abusive language, incentives not paid on time. Just 1day off in a month, no work &life balance... Terrible environment.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very good company and my work was a pitching the one freedom Card. And time to time salary this company for me for me.

The company was good, but all the employees where fired by the company, so had to leave the company
