1. Extremely muddled vision 2. Change business very regularly 3. Very low pay for the amount of work given 4. Top down approach that rarely cares for employees 5. Top management regularly changes business and then replaces employees with new people just to meet new business requirements. Should have a better roadmap to avoid spoiling people’s lives. 6. No clarity on appraisal or increment cycles in the 5+ years I have been here 7. Regular upsizing and downsizing of teams without planning

The only good thing about this company is salary is in time. Nothing else.

... made to do something different which not related to the actual job description. Salary was less as per the industry standard and made us to work sometimes even on holidays. Appraisal is given once in 3 years.

I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...rofessional journey with this company but never forgotten about the company. In covid and lockdown difficult time they give full salary on time to each and every person.

...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And the job security is less.
