...portive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. And the job security is less.

Induabulls company is helping to the customer and short and biggest loan also provide to the customer then easily return to the company

If the customer does not pay on time,the customer has to pay another charge

Most unstable company, employees are at high risk in respect of job security. Even they are considering salary cut for existing employees.

No time for personal life even you to work on Sunday and holidays. This is not ocasanaly rather it's regular culture

...vid 19. Never though company do this in this situation with his her employee... I humbled requested to Mr sameer gahlot pay only less than half salary but... Lastly never recommend to any one to join any company which left their employees hand in bad or critical situation.. Overall experience... Very bad (according to behaviour of indiabulls reputation.)

Company owner and their head are very selfish. Only support ourself.
