I have worked 5 years in Dhani But I my salary was not increased. I done my work what company except from me, i have received Star performance also , after covid no incentive amount also not received, now I'm 30years old but my salary is less because of dhani only

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like salary credited on time every month I like there managers and tl support any time company culture was good

No job security security, there is monthly target , dhani loan disbursement is bad without any information distributed loan

No respect to low level employs.. no job security... They always threaten the liw level employs to remove from job.. If the low level employs won't work there will be no superiors.. we work and suffer they abuse us and enjoy..
