... supporting their faculty’s they are terminating them in this covid situation. They didn’t gave salary properly. For April month they gave only half salary only. They don’t know work ethics. Don’t waste your time working with them.

Dislikes

Worst management. Lab classes are not thought to students properly. Lack of lab equipments and they don’t have lab instructors. No space for self improvement is provided. They treat us like professional labours.

Likes

No help from the college, salary have not been given for months even the 75% students paid the fees. Management lack the commendability for the students and they don't respect the faculty, we are just used for fee collection and admission duties.

Dislikes

Internal politics between the higher management authorities who think they are better than others and the hostel environment is very bad for faculty if they stay i hostel, you have to prepare and serve food sometimes and surely you will not get the respect from the students. You can't able to change the students even they do the wrongingings in the hostel if you try to do you will be marked and get kicked in the period of time. There also a group of members who are the pets of management who do the whole wrongs and pin it on someone else and make them suffer. Everyone works here is having some business so they are just time passing in the college, they acts like taking classes and students will not get what they say.

One of good Institutions at Chennai region, your work has been recognized all your time, Where it is only place you can work anywhere and get back to the Institution again. Such a credit management definitely holds it!

Dislikes

Moderate(little less) salary but no issues!
