...ct in this firm) and the most interesting thing was the payroll was not in time. I had to wait an extra one month to get my salary. Also, they don't give any reimbursement for the broadband connection I had to take to do work from home also they didn't provide any laptop too. Altogether, I worked for the company DGS for 10 months at my own expense without any regular cycle of salary, also top level managers will shout at you for no reason. ALSO, THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR HIKE. So I resigned. DGS TS doesn't value their employees... Don't join.

Editor means fix ...no next position will be promoted...i have sawrn people even after 4 years also they will be in editing only with a max of 20k salary...same applicable for other role also ...no designation will be given ...since i have been from another company...my old company was far better ... I went apsonded ... Horrible people..for edotrs it's shift wise ...

Once upon a time thier was Hitler ..now in this company we have santhoshayya and Anil ... Brothers of Hitler... If you having health issue ... He will check with thermometer and then he will say yes ..if inform him he will say i can't agree to your leaves and that would be LOP if you have leaves also since bec Hitler will reject your leaves ..even Sundays also late night stretch we have done ..it's common but till next day morning till 10. Every week it's common... T narispura batch has internal politics between them don't atter a word ...all are IT people they are senior people over thier ... Bec same family runs ... A team .. disgusting company... Ask any one ..please don't join this disgusting company... Most of all shipments will be on Friday bec it will go till sat morning 11 ..next week that can say that last week we have gave holiday... For that reason...butler English his personal silly love stories and all i have heard ... While he simphony Max all stood and clapped for him he will say with proud ... All people where extremely happy for that they have clapped ..like an oschar award he will say his silly stories and all ... engineering things horrible to listen with his disgusting English...he knows little English in that he will speak like rubbish ... Now let's speak about work ...no mangers will work ..when it comes to him 0% work he will do ... simply sitting monthly getting job ...does have zero knowledge in tekla ... have you sawen an Elephant with zero hairs on his head that's him ..he will go for meeting at 8...since bec log out is at 8 ... And comes at 9 we need sit until then...he comes at 11.30 he goes late we should be exact on time ... He does not do any sort of work ... He has his own disgusting logic and illogical theory ... To say ...sounds very horrible feels like slapping ... repeating the same words again and again ...it will take 2 hours ..for his illogical things .please guys ...if you don't believe.e ask your friends who had been working thier and go ...if not please read carefully before going ...if you go your fait ...taking a stone and hitting on your own face itself .. you only willput stone on ur peace ... If you go ..

Nothing is there to like about this company and only managers have likes about this company as they are paid huge sum without working much and to praise themselves for work done by subordinates. For females its good to work over here and not much work pressure.

- No on time salary and every month salary delay is fixed inspite of running projects all the time. - Management do yearly appraisals very lately and hold employees for extra 6 months and its merely game of 1.5years appraisals you get. -Owners/Management and HR of this organization have never bothered of employees benefits and no on time salary and have mindset of looking after of only their family. - Bunch of greedy management people. - More people are leading life over here by doing office politics and some well settled employees will be sleeping instead of working. - No work ethics by Managers and they think about only their family and think how to pocket more money through project bonus/incentives. - No skill uplifting to subordinates and for freshers no training is given. - Very less hikes by management people for working people. - No praising words or motivation is given by managers when project or work is done well by subordinates - No teams outings and trips forever and just never ending only work culture. - GM thinks its a schooling culture and no professionalism and keeps on taunting the employees and never respect the people and have only in mind we pay less money and you work more. - Every month they give different salary slips and confuse employees by deducting 20% from salary on-hold and getting hold of employees not to try for other companies till they leave this company. - Management deduct 10K/year from all employees for merely 1.5lacs insurance and I doubt they wont pay this much for less insurance premium. - Employer part PF is not crediting to employees account from past 2year and goes on. - Working on weekends most of the times and paid whenever they want and sometimes never paid and no overtime allowances and no overtime food and finally a human slavery by these uncultured people. - We never grow in life by not upskilling ourselves and never grow if we work for long time in this company.

Only job security that's it.. can learn new things with limited access .. if u are an editor can't learn modelling ...promotions has been stopped from 2019 ..area wise u can learn if u r modeller u can learn everything in modelling.. like wise editing n checking

No carries growth.. no salary hike ... Team leads will not do any work .. simply sitting monthly gettng jobs as a team lead..no proper time log out some times stretch will go beyond 24hrs ..10 to 8.30 or more .team lead will call at mid night to connect ...no change in designations .. Team target is 25% that will impact on ur salary in hike time .. no cafeteria no snacks .. u pay u eat .. sometimes they will say to come on Saturday and sunday ... No comp off for Sunday .. no extra pay if u work on sat n Sunday ...remeber if u come to Mysore branch team leads are two face heads.... Need to request for leaves most off the time... No leaves they reject if u are already preplanned ... Annoying n irratating team leads ... Working hours might cross 50 to 60hrs per week sometimes ... Bond is for 2 years ...
