The staff here - specially the old staff, if your bond with them is nice then they will treat you like family upto the point where you don't defer them.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. Conveyance, imprest and any other reimbursement is never given on time. You are expected to work extra hours if the boss wants, that too without any additional pay. HR policies - and the Boss is always right. No increment unless they feel like you leaving will create major problem. No appreciation - unless management feels like that you are over working and may ask for a raise, then they will give you a appreciation certificate to shut you up. They expect you to work for 2-3 profiles apart from what you are actually hired for, but without any additional pay. And lastly the new HR - she is terrible.

Company policies are good. They give good salary. Boss is very good person.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees with management mind set.

Likes

Dezinetree offers a range of design solutions with a solid level of expertise. While their designs are generally good, there were moments where I felt a bit more creativity could have been injected into the work. The team is professional and responsive, though at times, communication could be improved for a smoother process. Overall, Dezinetree provides satisfactory design services, but there's room for enhancement in terms of creativity and communication.
