Well, It is a start-up company which is organized in the year of 2019. I'm the first job holder as a employee to them. So, They trained me a lot and they took me as their family. Coming to my team members we are the family of dexterous technology. we worked a lot with balancing of little bit enjoyment. My boss is friendly to us, with his encouragement I developed some of web sites and web applications.

Dislikes

There is no reasons for hating dexterous technology. Overall it was good. My boss , my teammates they're really cool. But my personal situations made me to leave the job.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
