The boss under whom I worked had zero empathy. Very pushy in nature. Irrelevant kra. Destroyed many people careers. Promised me heaven and showed me what is hell.

Extremely bias and bureaucratic Indian management. Growth, appraisals and opportunities are all based on favouritism. Senior management lacks empathy and use profanity in public forums.
