The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. This company is a sham, they play with careers of people. They hire them on higher package and then fire them randomly or at the time of appraisal. No job security. CEO is never open to any sort of discussion, he mishaves, very rude and impolite. No learning and growing opportunities, no work life balance. CEO expect employees to work for 24*7 since he is paying them. Please don't fall into the trap. Most of all you get paid in INR but for making any mistake (even for the minor mistake which has no impact on finances or working of company) in your work your salary get deducted in $.
