I like to here career growth, salary, travel policy and work environment of this company.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14 hours straight in a day. I had to attend vendors calls in the all times and late into the nights sometimes.

Devyani International Ltd is very good company in terms of working culture give sufficient time to their employees to perform the work that assign to them, and very good colleagues supporting behavior. and the other factors are like salary/appraisal and job security always depend on the performance and requirement of employee to the company this is very similar to other companies in Devyani over all Devyani is a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Mainly the thing that I dislike or the reason of why do I left the devyani. Basically when the upper management change then they start doing experiment and cost cutting trick for saving their high paying job and employees were ask to leave their job and ask to submit resignation who are working for company last 15 years or more without paying them sufficient amt of compensation

...s too poor in there. HR has zero power. At least 14-15 hrs/day work they Expect. Due to Cost Cutting they don't provide enough Managers.

If you are a foodie guy then you can join this company. Overall office envoirnment is good. HR Department is conducting different kind of activities for there employee's.

...l put you on backfoot. You will never learn something new related to your field. Payroll head is always ready to deduct the employees salary, even it was unintantional mistake. He is never protacting and supporting his team members. and never assign the KRA/ task according the member's designation/ capbility.

...nced team also getting same along with shift manager what is difference.. than.. the manager only doing extra hours for that they are giving extra salary or for skills even one year experienced manager getting only same salary I think lot of team members discontinued from this because of low salary and no benefits at last managers only handling the store even mangers too discontinue if the same continued company culture was very poor they are only looking for sale and customer benefits not for people who are working in company .. dislikes

Customer benefits and maintaing hygienely because of Audits.. and there also growth but there is no difference between growthing salary and current salary
