Access to lot of machines, instruments. Big toolroom, opportunity to improve yourself and your knowledge. Good exposure to people working in big companies such as TVS, Suzuki motors, M&M etc. Friendly work environment.

Dislikes

No proper management from management team, initial salary too low if you are joining as a fresher or in lower post. Too much office politics. Train frequency very low so daily commuting makes it very hard. Canteen food sucks, overpriced and takes very bad no taste at all, no restaurants or any kind of shops available in near vicinity so you have to forcibly eat the canteen food if you dont bring you our lunch/ dinner.

We are join devu tool as trainee machinist for cnc vmc training for 1year and after training 2year job But devu tools can't give me training on cnc or vmc they are give me another department convention drilling and edm department ant give me very bad experience in my training period They asked questions in interview about cnc and vmc and select me for cnc vmc trainee but actually we joined company then company give me RDM EDM department My training period over at November 2020 but devu tools but management can not give me training of cnc vmc that's why I leave company at January 2021 Devu tools give me very bad experience in my training period and west 14 months time period

Devu Tools pvt ltd company is a one of the good company to work and to learn also,I had well experience in Devu tools but I got a problem salary. But still I would like to join again, Thank you.

Company environment and co-workers friendliness . high mould manufacturing rate and one of the largest tool rooms in India.New machines and equipments , work stations for CAM/CAD .
