Cannot provide wfh when too much needed for me on that time. Also they did not pay the salary if I was injured and I have a proof of my injury. Time boundation is very strict for a seconds also. Every team lead, managers and HR are playing politics with their employees. No job security, If they have no any projects then they plan to lay off. Also they forced you to work on the weekends also if needed, but their is no need to work on weekends, then also they forced to work. Also incoming time in the office was strict but outgoing is not fixed, whether you are working 10 hrs or 12 hrs, they don't care about this.

I have always enjoyed working in a secured atmosphere where I can work without being worried about salary on time and learning and these 2 things are the USP of the company

-Horrible working environment -Mens washroom is locked 🔐 you need to ask for key so embarrassing 😞 - Disrespectful management specialy Neha Lal the HR she will make your life miserable - I worked of 9-12 hr shift daily and still no appreciation - This is a school not a workplace on Wednesday you need to ware formal and cut you hair nails 💅 - If you are hard working you will get all the work - No Exist you can not leave by just resignation. The will take 1-2 months to respond to your resignation. Making you wait so you can't join anywhere else. - if the want to fire you you will be gone in 1 sec, pure dictatorship.

Mostly work is related to web development. Lacks in versatility in fields for career growth.

...ice environment is also good here we get 2 days weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Salary always credit on time.
