You get to learn practically about LV panel

Dislikes

Not g good place to work at, they do not provide any salary hike for new comers. Work culture is terrible. No training is given for new joiners. also they will make you work everyday for more than 12 hrs even though there is no work pressure & if you ask for a salary hike they will just provide you 1 or 2k if you are not ok with it they will just fire you without any reason.

Nothing to like about. You will be given a chance for skill development that is the only thing which is positive.

Dislikes

Boss is always rude. Lack of planning for any project, no work culture, no work life balance. They will just make you work 2 3 hrs extra daily and when you ask for salary increment they will fire you

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
