Work life balance is very bad. They want all time winning people. They are ready to pay more same way they expect to work as much they gave hike. Flexibility not there.no work from home options.

Their way (HR) of convincing to join the organization with all the policies and hike cycle which never exist after you join. Its like "phew" vanish .... Other than this - 2 days wfo office space

No professionalism Politics in every single team CDL's ruthless behavior Fake promises of giving new projects later you will doing a legacy one. People who are there from very long period thought of themselves as king/queen as if they know each and everything. lollllllllllll..........

DevOn is a great place to work. I feel a great sense of pride to be a DevOn Disruptor. DevOn has helped mould the careers of various individuals including me. We work on some of the latest niche technologies and are given ownership to drive improvements and take charge. Partiality. Bad Appraisals If u go to office anyday apart from thursday u have to sit in very hot atmosphere. Every single person involved in show off. Not appropriate appraisal according to individual performance throughout the year.

Likes

Good Compensation & Benefits. Exhibits growth mindset, lots of learnings and gives importance to interests of employees for roles. Good culture, follows fun with work mindset. Very keen on continuous feedback.
