The VP of Tech, Sachin Lele, can not even write a single line of code, cannot do code review, does not understand System design concepts and cannot even speak properly but has full support of the Managing Director, Karan and argues "Mujhe mat sikhao Java kya hota hai sara java yahi ke yahi nikal du ga, kahin ke nahi raho get, tum jante nhi ho hum kaun hai"

Working here in the part of Strategic Initiatives team, I got varied exposure to learn while working on various on enterprises level projects. Exposure provided with direct client engagement is unparalleled.

Only thing is limited focus on fun/team building activities. These can be organized more frequently

my manager was not supportive. I wanted to learn but because of continuous ignorance by manager, i left job as i was not seeing any learning opportunity there.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

The work culture is quite transparent here, Flat hierarchy won't make you feel low at any point, Team is very supportive. When dealing with clients, the seniors would defend you and ease your workload.

The company should move to product building now rather than just sticking to service...
