I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. As it is a proprietorship concern definitely your best is gonna flushed coz ur paid for ur work n not to get a clap when you do something good. But I love to a part of this family which allows me to sharpen my skills on my own n gave me free hands to lead from front.
