They are try to cut salary of lower level staff, top level staff salary not deducted they adjust the salary even the absent. Rules only for low level staff. Staff turn over is more . NO JOB SECURITY, NO FUTURE, THIRD CLASS COMPANY, THIRD CLASS TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Director PA and GM ACCOUNTS FEEL LIKE A THEY ARE BOSS OPENLY SAY WHO'S PRFULL BHAI 😄 I AM the BOSS I am completed the finalisation work after that they removed me. Only two month. They appoints me for completing finalization work. And I lose my last job now I am jobless GM accounts work there 20 year and he not wanted to stabilise other person work there. In my position total 8 person removed or left the job because of harassment. And not giving chance to stable the person SUCH TYPE OF COMPANY NEVER SEEN IN LIFE.

My Reporting Manager was very good , got to learn new things from him.

Dislikes

...from people it was poor. Politics too much by the Admin in showing partiality. If you come 1 minute late salary will be deducted but if you go late they wont consider anything. If you take leave on either saturday or monday then sunday salary will also be deducted.

It was good journey in Devanshi. Staff was supporting. Got chance to learn directly about the products, process and it's management . It is a growing company, helpful for fresher /learner to learn and grow further in their life.

There was lack of facilities for employees, develop and make a improvement on it.

Likes

Growing company. Lot of opportunities and freedom if you are taking responsibilities. Staff is hardworking and supportive. Overall good place to work

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but there is always scope of betterment.
