My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Not good they dont pay salary on time. Even some time they don't pay salary. No suppoting in covid -19 they are not paying in lockdown till now.

There in no management, there is no system of working, not a proper team to handling the market unnecessary pressure of stupid things

First of all I must say it's an free environment company, I can play his/her role very freely where the feelings comes feels like home.Company never break their hierarchy and the people are very sober here in this company,they use very soft pure language. They treat to each one of the employees equally right from MD, Vice president sales Vice president marketing, accounts department to Regional Manager.

Nothing to like there in company no good management, no discipline, no timing of working hrs, full of politics

Dislikes

Huge Politics in entire company in every department, no person to hear and for resolution even plant management not able to handle the team. Even plant management has play politics
