MD is abusive, even HR puppet is very dominating. no respect of women employee. MD has lot of time to watch cctv for employees activity. if you are laughing or talking to your coulligue, you will be asked or justified. just like jail. they withold employees money. Vacancy: always open, becouse apart from 4-5 spoons (who are used to being insulted), no one else can survive in this hell. HR alway arranges meeting with female employee to insult them, becouse they forgot to flush the toilets.

Owner and HR ma'am are very supportive. It's being 7 months I am here, it's a good organization if we talk about women's safety , everyone is involved in their work, no politics. Staff is friendly.

Firstly I clear that there is no management. Because of A group of HR-Supervisor-Purchasor having a unity that's why this group known as Management of this company. These group is very conspirational .
