There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not enough also career growth is slow. There is no bond no security of job. No job training is given to new joinees.

I like the Chairman sir of the group because he takes good care of his employees and campus always wants to give something extra to students.

Organization culture is best suited for education, Attractive infrastructure and Qualified and gentle faculty members for the quality education. The location of the college is best for the health and full of fresh air which is a plus point for the students...

One of the worst institute to work for. No support from management, Chairman acts as a contractor, having no knowledge of institute culture. Only knows how to impose restrictions. For students also no quality education. The only thing institute is interested in is having more and more admissions. Even teachers are given task of bringing admissions.

The organization is open to welcome to industrial environment and readily supported by staff members and faculty. I love the urge of institution to make our students market ready and most importantly I am a part of it.
