Since employees are laid off, the work of three employees is done by 1. So then that 1 employee learns a lot… though it’s not sustainable and not worth considering the hike % and bonus which is peanuts

Dislikes

Very strict diversity targets and hence managers are forced to hire diverse candidates. Unusual Diversity focus sometimes ignore meritorial candidates in hiring and promotion. You grow if you are female. This has now started affecting the leadership quality.

1. Extension of front office model , so not a typical back office. 2. Corporate Culture 3. Ample leaves : 52 leaves : 10 public+ 12 sick leaves + 30 annual leaves 4. Ample trainings and sessions which create a lot of awareness on different items.
