While policies are good but managers specifically old timers in this organization ensure to create their own crap culture thereby deteriorating organizations value as well. Did not enjoy my 4 year long stint here.

Leaves and salary compared to service baded company are lot better and also changing internal projects is super easy. No need of manager's approval. You can simply apply for any openings and get interviewed.

Dislikes

Non NIT/IIT people are given less appreciation in terms of salary and promotions. I have seen many NIT freshers hired who in 2-3 years either switch or go for MS and dont really contribute anything to organisation and still they are paid lot more than experienced people.

I worked there for 3.5 month. Here working hour too tough from 9 AM to 8-9-10 PM. Work- life cant be balanced here. No any job security. Monday to Saturday working day. No any sat off.
