While policies are good but managers specifically old timers in this organization ensure to create their own crap culture thereby deteriorating organizations value as well. Did not enjoy my 4 year long stint here.

...ge they won't take a minute before throwing under the bus when situation arises. No good learning curve, you will stagnated both in salary as well as knowledge.

Likes

Leaves and salary compared to service baded company are lot better and also changing internal projects is super easy. No need of manager's approval. You can simply apply for any openings and get interviewed.

Dislikes

Non NIT/IIT people are given less appreciation in terms of salary and promotions. I have seen many NIT freshers hired who in 2-3 years either switch or go for MS and dont really contribute anything to organisation and still they are paid lot more than experienced people.

If you don't have any interest in developing your skills then this is the place.. Just sit back relax and keep on getting your monthly salary and at the end of the day you will sit back as a fool.

This space will go out of space with dislikes. Higher management only believes in blabbering big words and NO Action.

...tand the process. They are there to screw others life and career. Trust issues These two ladies have high pay but do nothing... Always Pushing heavy and risky work to others. Too old and crazy applications. More than that crazy people...

Good Salary. Good working invironment.

Dislikes

I worked there for 3.5 month. Here working hour too tough from 9 AM to 8-9-10 PM. Work- life cant be balanced here. No any job security. Monday to Saturday working day. No any sat off.
